2011
February: Legend Explorers get their hands on the ShelterBox certificate of completion. Also have a visit from Anglia Water, giving information on water purification. As always Climbing is good fun and enjoyed by all.
March: Visit from the Essex Child Protection team come and talk about Internet Safety with the Explorers.
April: Legend Explorers are awarded the "Green Footprint Award"
May: For the 2nd Year running Legend Explorers take part in Jamboree on the Trail (JOTT)
June: Scouts spend the weekend at Bures camping and rafting on the river.
July: Busy time for all 1st Coggeshall Cubs, Beaver, and Legend Explorers take part in the Coggeshall Carnival. Cubs have a Sleepover on HMS Belfast. Scouts go to Hallowtrees for their Summer Camp. Legend Explorers end the term with Gliding at Rattlesden Gliding Club.

2010
November: Explorers build a shelter as part of their ShelterBox Challenge, and Host a Beaver sleep over.
September: NEW HQ OPEN! After 4 years the new HQ opening to Scouts and Guides of Coggeshall. more details
July: 10 Beavers gain their Bronze Chief Scout Award, and 2 Scouts get awarded their Silver gained during their time as Cubs.
Joint Beaver, Cub Carnival Floats rolls out first for the 2010 Coggeshall Carnival. Taking 1st Place in Junior Float Section. Assistance from Coggeshall Scouts and Explorers making this a complete joint float.
May: Joint Cub and Scout Camp at Thiftwood was enjoyed by over 30 Cubs, Scouts, Young and Old Leaders.
Scouts and Explorers Gain Chief Scout Awards Lewis Elmes (Diamond), Alex Hewitt (Gold), George Styles (Gold), and James Willis (Gold).
March: Scouts and Explorers help the local Parish Council by planting nearly 400 trees as part of the creation of a new play area.
January: Explorers take on the Young ShelterBox and Essex Scout Challenges, and kick it off with building bridges out of rubbish.
